Refund Policy

1. Overview

Anoniest Premium vouchers are digital products sold by PT Vatavant Teknologi Global. Once delivered, a voucher code is shown to you on the purchase success page and, if you provided an email, sent to your inbox. Because the product is digital and immediately consumable, purchases are generally final.

2. When You Can Get a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 14 days of the purchase and either the voucher code has not been delivered, revealed, or redeemed, or a verified technical failure made the delivered code invalid or unusable. Examples include:

  • A duplicate or accidental purchase
  • You paid but never received a working voucher code
  • A technical failure prevented you from using the code

3. When You Cannot Get a Refund

Except for a verified invalid code or technical failure described above, we do not issue refunds after a valid voucher code has been delivered, revealed, or redeemed. This includes:

  • Valid codes that were displayed on the success page or successfully emailed to you
  • Redeemed voucher codes that have already activated premium time
  • Lost, misplaced, or deleted voucher codes after you revealed them
  • Change of mind after the code was activated

4. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a refund is required by law, we will honor it even if this policy says otherwise.

5. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include the order ID if available, or the email, purchase date, and amount used for the order
  3. Explain why you are requesting a refund

Requests are reviewed manually by PT Vatavant Teknologi Global. If approved, we will explain the available refund method and expected processing time. Timing may depend on iPaymu, your bank, or another payment provider involved in the transaction.
