1. Our Approach to Privacy

Anoniest is a Vant Lab product owned and operated by PT Vatavant Teknologi Global. PT Vatavant Teknologi Global is responsible for operating the service and controlling the personal data described in this policy. We minimize data collection and design our services so that we cannot read your end-to-end encrypted messages.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to operate the service:

• Account data: username, password hash, age, gender, and public encryption key
• About: optional plaintext profile information visible to authorized profile viewers
• Hobbies: selected by you for hobby-based matching
• IP address: used for security, moderation, and rate limiting
• Messages: encrypted ciphertext that we cannot read
• Voucher & order data: transaction records required to fulfill premium purchases
• Push tokens (optional): device tokens for new-message notifications, without message content

3. How and Why We Use Data

We process personal data only when necessary and on an applicable legal basis, including:

• To provide the service, operate accounts, and fulfill voucher purchases under our contract with you
• To protect users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our rules, and maintain service security based on our legitimate interests
• To meet accounting, payment, dispute resolution, and other legal obligations
• With your consent where we specifically ask for it, such as optional push notifications

4. Data We Do Not Require for Accounts

We do not require the following information to create a chat account:

• Real name
• Profile photo
• Phone number
• Email, except optionally when purchasing a voucher for delivery of your voucher code
• Plaintext message content

Do not include real names, phone numbers, or other sensitive personal data in About. If you submit such information, it may be processed by the checks described below before being rejected.

5. Messages and Encryption

Messages are end-to-end encrypted. We store only ciphertext on our servers and cannot decrypt or read your conversations.

6. Automated About Checks

Before an About is saved, Anoniest checks it locally for high-confidence structured sensitive data. Content detected by this check is rejected without being sent to an external service. An About that passes this check may be sent in plaintext to Cloudflare Workers AI for automated safety and sensitive-data classification. Contextual or obfuscated sensitive data that local checks do not detect may therefore be processed by Cloudflare.

The request contains the canonical About and static classification instructions, not account identifiers, account metadata, or message content. Anoniest does not connect this moderation request to Cloudflare storage products or AI Gateway logging. Cloudflare still receives and processes the content for inference under its applicable service terms and privacy practices.

If Cloudflare Workers AI is unavailable, separate local safety and sensitive-data checks are used instead. An About rejected by any check is not saved by Anoniest as your profile value. End-to-end encrypted conversations, including direct and random-chat messages, are excluded from this pipeline and are not read or moderated by it.

7. Payments and Service Providers

Voucher payments are processed by iPaymu. Information necessary to create and confirm your payment, including your optional email address when provided, may be processed by iPaymu. We do not store your credit card, banking, or e-wallet credentials.

If you provide an email address, Resend processes it to deliver the voucher email. Our hosting, security, monitoring, and other service providers may process limited data when necessary to provide and protect Anoniest. We do not sell your personal data or use a voucher delivery email for marketing.

8. Data Retention

• Chat messages remain stored until you manually delete the conversation or your account.
• Deleted accounts are removed permanently and cannot be recovered.
• Order records, purchase IP addresses, and optional delivery emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for transaction fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. Some transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution obligations.
