Messages are encrypted on your device before being sent and can only be decrypted by the recipient's device. We cannot read your messages.

Your premium filters are turned off automatically and your account returns to the free tier. Nothing else changes — your profile, hobbies, and chat history stay intact, and you can go premium again anytime.
Yes. If you redeem a voucher while premium is still active, the new duration is added on top of your remaining time instead of replacing it. For example, 6 hours remaining plus a 24-hour voucher gives you 30 hours of premium.
After purchase, copy your voucher code from the success page, open Anoniest Chat, go to your profile, and redeem the code there.
We accept payments through iPaymu, which supports various payment methods including bank transfer, e-wallets, QRIS, and cards.
Because we do not collect your email or phone number, there is no way to recover a forgotten password. You will need to create a new account — so choose a password you can remember or store it safely.
